SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company (SMC) announces the Board resolution dated May 29, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The BOD approved the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020:

-          Meeting time: 8:30, June 20, 2020

-          Meeting venue: 135 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Ben Thanh Ward, district 1, Hochiminh.

2)      The BOD approved the transfer of land use right of Land No.191 of map No.11, 73 Hoang Van Thu, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Loan with the transfer value of VND 46,812,000,000.
