The Board resolution dated April 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to cancel the record date (March 30, 2020) for holding the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2019 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

2)      Approving the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting for the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2019 on May 06, 2020.
