On April 06, 2020, Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

- Number of shares registered to buy: 27,000,000 shares, equivalent to 4.96% the number of outstanding shares

- Purpose: to decrease the number of outstanding shares, to protect shareholders’ interest.

- Expected trading period: from April 15, 2020 to May 14, 2020

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
