Yen Bai Industry Mineral Joint Stock Company sent documents to the State Securities Commission and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to ask permission for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements in 2020 as follows:

-           For the quarterly financial statements: within 50 days from the ending day of quarter;

-           For the semi-annual (reviewed) financial statements: within 60 days from the ending day of first six months of fiscal year;

-           For the annual (audited) financial statements: within 100 days from the ending day of fiscal year.

Reason: The Company has offices, factories, two subsidiaries. Therefore, it takes more time to collect papers, make reports and consolidate financial statements. Besides, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has affected the plan for making financial statements.
