After the negotiation with PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas), a subsidiary of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group – the shareholder owning more than 35% charter capital of  Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation (DPM), the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation agreed to sign a gas purchase and sale agreement with PV Gas in 2020, as follows:

-       Seller: PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas)

-       Buyer: Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo)

-       Term: from January 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020

-       Gas trade volume:

• Estimated gas trade volume per year: 592 million sm3;
• Heat: 22,102,300 MMBTU.
