-       Issuer: Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII)

-       Total value of bond package: VND1,300,000,000,000

-       Purpose: the proceeds from offering will be used to increase the issuer’s capital and/or invest in programs, projects of the issuer.

-       Estimated bond term: 24 months

-       Par value: decided by the Board Chairman

-       Bond type: non-convertible, unsecured bond, without warrants 

-       Bond form: book-entry

-       Estimated nominal interest rate: the interest rate of each bond batch will be decided by the Board Chairman.

II. Information on the first batch of the bond private placement:

-       Issuer: Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII)

-       Estimated maximum issue value of the first batch: VND300,000,000,000

-       Estimated maximum issue volume of the first batch: 3,000 bonds

-       Estimated bond term: 24 months

-       Par value: VND100,000,000/bond

-       Bond type: corporate non-convertible, unsecured bond, without warrants 

-       Bond form: book-entry

-       Interest rate:

• For the first year: 11%/year
• From the second year onwards: equal to the sum of the saving personal interest rate in VND, term of 12 months, postpaid, quoted by TPBank and 3.5%/year, but in any case not less than 11%/year.

-       Estimated issue date: the first quarter of 2020. 

-       Issue method: private placement.
