The company announced the change in personnel as follows:

Mr. Nguyen Van Hai has been appointed General Manager of Song Da 12 Joint Stock Company in place of Mr. Hoang Van Thai with effect since 13/02/2020 for the term of 5 years
Ms. Nguyen Thuy Ly has been appointed Acting Chief Accountant of Song Da 12 Joint Stock Company with effect since 13/02/2020
Mr. Tran Van Khoa has been appointed Acting Manager of Song Da 12 Joint Stock Company with effect since 13/02/2020 to the remaining time of term 2015-2020 of the BOD
Mr. Hoang Van Thai has resigned from General Manager with effect since 13/02/2020
Mr. Nguyen Van Hai has resigned from Chief accountant with effect since 13/02/2020
Ms. Nguyen Thuy Ly has resigned from the Acting Manager with effect since 13/02/2020
