The Board resolution dated February 08, 2020, the Board of Directors of Bien Hoa Packaging Company (SVI) approved the record date to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

1. Approving to change its business lines
2. Approving to raise the foreign investors ownership ratio at SVI to 100%.
3. Approving to amend its charter.
4. Approving to carry out the record date to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing:

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Time of implementation: expected in February 2020 or March 2020

-       Record date: February 29, 2020.
