On February 10, 2020, SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announces the buyback of shares as treasury shares from employees resigned as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 47,350 shares

- Number of shares buyback: 24,400 shares

- Purpose: to recover shares as treasury shares from employees resigned

- Expected trading period: from February 12, 2020 to February 28, 2020

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
