1. The BOD approved the estimated business performance in 2020:

-          Revenue: VND 90 billion

-          Profit before tax: VND 28 billion.

2. The BOD approved the estimated business plan in 2021 is VND 150 billion.
3. The BOD approved to continue the implementation of projects: Thanh Long Wine, Microbiological Application and Research Center.
4. The BOD approved the plan to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in February.
