-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 21,354,984 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 21,309,968 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 45,016 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,950,186 shares

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND 89,501,860,000

-          Issue ratio: 42% (100:42) (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to have 42 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down.

Time of implementation: expected in Q4.2020 or Q1.2021 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
