Agro Nutrition International Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated September 03, 2019 as follows:

1)      Approving to issue additional shares to existing shareholders for increasing charter capital:

-          Offering volume: 24,000,000 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Total value: VND240,000,000,000.

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND800,000,000,000, equivalent to 80,000,000 shares.

-          Time of implementation: September 04, 2019.

2)      Approving to amend its charter regarding new charter capital of VND800,000,000,000.
