Based on the Board resolution dated August 30, 2019, the Boar of Directors of Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint - Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving to appoint Mr. Duong Quang Binh as Person in charge of Corporate Governance as from August 26, 2019.

2)      Approving to appoint Mrs. Ngo Thi Hong Van as Secretary of BOD as from August 26, 2019.
