Pursuant to Decision No.285 dated July 30, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange put the stock of An Truong An Joint Stock Company (stock code: ATG) into warning status because the Company violated the information disclosure regulations for four times and more in a year.

Until the present, the Company continuously violated when delaying the explanation of fluctuation in business performance in the Quarter 2/2019 financial statements. Therefore, according to the Listing Regulations of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange decided to remain the warning status for the stock ATG.
