On April 04, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.100/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of An Truong An Joint Stock Company (stock code: ATG) into warning status because the Company's after-tax profit in 2018 was -11,871,597,040 dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2018 was -10,706,894,880 dongs.

In the reviewed consolidated financial statements for the first six months of 2019, ATG had the after-tax profit was -16,841,919,690 dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit until June 30, 2019 was – 27,548,814,570 dongs.

Therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange will remain the warning status for the stock ATG and will consider solutions for the stock ATG after having the 2019 audited financial statements.
