Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HAGL) announces that Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company (HAGL Agrico) is still a subsidiary and continues to be consolidated with the financial statements of HAGL.

Although the owning ratio of HAGL at HAGL Agrico decreased to 49.24%, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company still holds the control of HAGL Agrico under the Accounting Standards and Enterprise Law of Vietnam when Mr. Doan Nguyen Duc is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HAGL Agrico and the number of HAGL’s representatives in the Board of Directors of HAGL Agrico is 04 members on the total number of 07 members.
