On August 14, 2019, HOSE received an announcement by the Vietnam Securities Depository regarding a record date for the stock dividend payment for 2018 and confirming a list of shareholders of FECON Corporation. Accordingly, the record date is August 22, 2019.

Pursuant to regulations, a public company must submit documents related to the estimated record date and disclose information at least 10 days before the estimated record date. However, FECON has not submitted sufficient documents for the record date for dividend payment. Therefore, HOSE requested FECON to confirm the record date for dividend payment.
