On August 01, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1037/TB-SGDHCM about the adjustment of payment time for the first cash dividend in 2017 of HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company as follows:

- Ex-right date: July 13, 2019

- Record date: July 16, 2019

- Exercise ratio: 6% (600 dongs/share)

- Payment date: August 02, 2019 (instead of September 30, 2019)

- Reason for change: The company has arranged financial resources.
