- 1. Approving a public offering to increase the Company’s charter capital:
- Estimated offering volume: 6,000,000 shares
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Total offering value: VND60 billion
Of which:
- Masan MEATLife owning 99.999996% of the charter capital is entitled to purchase 5,999,999.76 shares (rounded to 6,000,000 shares)
- Mr. Nguyen Bich Ha Nguyen owning 0.000002% of the charter capital is entitled to purchase 0.12 shares (rounded to 0 shares).
- Mr. Dang Van Duc owning 0.000002% of the charter capital is entitled to purchase 0.12 shares (rounded to 0 shares).
- Therefore, all of 6,000,000 shares, equivalent to VND60 billion (VND10,000/share) will be sold to Masan MEATLife in order to raise the charter capital by VND60 billion.
