The Board resolution dated July 15, 2019, TMT Motors Corporation approved the content of General Shareholders Meeting to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

1. Approving the report on the resignation of member of Supervisory Board for the period 2017 – 2021.
2. Approving the election of member of Supervisory Board for the period 2017 – 2021.
3. Approving the proposal of Mr. Bui Van Huu and the related person to buy TMT shares in excess of the ratio without making a public offer.
