1. Name of target stock: BiBICA Corporation (BBC)
2. Number of BBC shares before trading: 0 share, equivalent to 0% of total outstanding shares of BBC)
3. Expected price purchase: VND68.500/share
4. Time of implementation: from 30days to 60 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
5. Offering agent: Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI).
6. Number of BBC shares expected to be bought: 7,700,205 shares (equivalent to 49.93% of total outstanding shares of BBC)
7. Number of BBC shares after trading: 700,205 shares (equivalent to 49.93% of total outstanding shares of BBC)
