The Board resolution dated May 15, 2019, Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:  

1. The Board of Directors approved the selection of AASC Auditing Com Ltd is the auditor for the financial statements in 2019.

2. The Board of Directors approved to pay dividend for 2018:

-       Stock: 10%

-       Cash: 10%

Time of implementation: Q2.2019 or Q3.2019.

3. The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Chua Peng Teck as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from May 31, 2019.
