1. The Board of Directors approved the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend:

- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs
- Number of shares issued: 414,023,353 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 414,023,353 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 20,701,167 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND207,011,670,000
- Charter capital after the offering: VND1,599,998,920,000
- Issue ratio: 5% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares.)
- Time of implementation: expected in !3.2019
- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
2. The Board of Directors approved the plan for stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity:
- Expected issue volume: 103,505,838 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND1,035,058,380,000
- Issue ratio: 25% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 25 new shares.)
- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 150 shares. With 25% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 150 *25/100 = 37.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 37 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.

3. The Board of Directors approved the plan for stock issuance under ESOP:
- Expected issue volume: 6,200,000 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND62,000,000,000
- Issue price: VND15,000/share
- Issue ratio: 1.5%
- Time of implementation: expected in Q3.2019
- These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering.
- Plan for use of capital: to supplement its business capital.
