          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing JSC on working days from 20/6/2019. Identification Card (original copy) is required.

     * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 5:1 (shareholders receive 01 new share for every 05 shares they own)
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing JSC. Identification Card (original copy) is required.
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares (if any) will be distributed to other subjects with price of VND 10,000/share. This amount of money will be paid for shareholders of these odd shares.
