On April 25, 2019, the Board resolution of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation approved to pay second cash dividend for 2018 as follows:

- Record date: May 17, 2019

- Exercise ratio: 2%/par value (200 dongs/share)

- Payment date: May 27, 2019.
