On April 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company decided to implement the 2018 cash and stock dividend as follows:
1. Approving the execution of 2018 dividend payment in cash with the ratio of 05%/par value (500 dongs/share).
2. Approving the stock issuance to pay dividend for existing shareholders:
- Exercise ratio: 10% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new shares.)
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Expected issue volume: 10,931,368 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND109,313,680,000
- Stock type: common share
3. Approving the record date for 2018 cash and stock dividend on May 08, 2019.
4. Approving the expected payment date on June 10, 2019.
