On April 12, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved to establish the 2019 ESOP Administration Committee including the following people:

-       Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hung, Board Chairman: Head of the Committee

-       Mr. Nguyen Minh Khang, Member of the Board of Directors cum CEO: Member of the Committee

-       Mr. Vo Dinh Ban, Chief Accountant: Member of the Committee

-       Mr. Dang Quang Hai, Chief Finance Officer: Member of the Committee

-       Mr. Pham Van Cuong, HR Director: Member of the Committee.

The Board also adopted the regulations of ESOP 2019. The restriction period will last 03 years from the finish date of stock issuance.
