Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE) on March 06 received the resignation letter by Mr. Adrian Teng Wei Ann from the position of Member of the Board of Directors. The resignation of Mr. Adrian Teng Wei Ann will take effect after the date of Annual General Meeting.
REE will conduct the election of replacement of Board member at Annual General Meeting of the fiscal year 2018, which will be organized on March 29, 2019.
