On March 07, 2019, HOSE announces the record date for the 2019 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Sao Mai Group Corporation:

1. Ex-right date:                      March 19, 2019

2. Record date:                        March 20, 2019

 The payment for the first phase of 2018(2%) and the 2017 (5%) stock dividend

-   Exercise ratio: 7%/par value (100:7)

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 07 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 16,935,369 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

Place of payment:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Sao Mai Group Corporation.
