Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.33 dated March 16, 2019 as follows:

1.     Approving to elect Mr. Bui Duc Thinh as Chairman of the Board of Directors as from March 16, 2019.

2.     Approving to establish a audit subcommittee under the Board of Directors including the following people:

-       Bernard Szeto W.K;

-       Dinh Trang Thi;

-       Nguyen Thi Hanh.  

3.     Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Ninh as the person in charge of corporate governance as from March 16, 2019.
