On March 20, 2019, Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company (AST) received the transfer of 2% stake of Jalux inc in Jalux Taseco Duty Free Company Limited. Accordingly, Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company will raise the ownership ratio from 49% to 51% at Jalux Taseco Duty Free Company Limited.
Therefore, Jalux Taseco Duty Free Company Limited will become subsidiary of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company (AST).
