GTN: Board Resolution No.33 on Restructuring

GTNfoods Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.33 dated December 16, 2019:

  1. For the enactment of the amended charter of the Company, the Chairman of the Board of Directors will review and sign to issue the amended charter which was adopted by the 2019 Extraordinary General Meeting dated December 16, 2019.
  2. For the divestment at subsidiaries (of which, GTNfoods will transfer 100% stake at GTN Agriculture Joint Stock Company; GTNfoods will transfer 100% stake at GTNfoods Investment and Asset Exploitation Joint Stock Company; GTNfoods will transfer 100% stake at GTNfoods Consumer Goods Company Limited), the Chairman of the Board of Directors was assigned to decide partners, negotiate, sign transfer agreements and decide relevant works.
