GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the 2019 Extraordinary General Meeting dated December 16, 2019:

Approving the amendment of the Company’s Charter.
Approving the divestment plan to restructure the Company.
Allowing Vinamilk to receive the transfer of GTNFOODS’ shares in order to reach 75% of GTNFOODS’ charter capital without a public tender offer.
