On November 11, 2019, Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

- Number of shares registered to buy: 2,880,000 shares

- Purpose: to protect shareholders’ interest

- Expected trading period: from November 22, 2019 to December 21, 2019

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
