On November 11, 2019, the Board of Directors of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company approved the plan for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:

1)    Record date for shareholder list: December 03, 2019

2)    Time of implementation: expected on December 20, 2019.

3)    Contents: Approving to choose PVI Insurance Corporation and Vietnam International Adjuster Company Limited (VIA) to determine the damage value of the fire as the request of Investigation police agencies and Hanoi city police.
