On September 20, 2019, VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 73,219,600 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 50,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to reduce the number of outstanding shares and to increase shareholders’ value.

- Expected trading period: from October 02, 2019 to October 31, 2019

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
