Pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of unlisted securities trading market at HNX attaching with the Decision no.634/QD-SGDHN dated 24 September 2019 of CEO of HNX, on 04 October 2019, HNX announced trading restriction of BDC (Bach Dang Construction Corporation - JSC) as below:
- Stock name: Share of Bach Dang Construction Corporation - JSC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Stock code: BDC
- Par value: 10,000 VND/share
- Number of shares under trading restriction: 21,735,900 shares
- Value of shares under trading restriction (on par value): 217,359,000,000 VND
- Date of trading restriction: 7 October 2019
- Reason for trading restriction: The company failed to remedy the cause for being put under trading suspension at the Announcement no.1171/TB-SGDHN, under the case of trading restriction pursuant to point a clause 1 Article 32 of Regulation on trading registration.
HNX will notify when the stock is allowed to resume trading after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction pursuant to the Regulation on trading registration.
