Pursuant to the Finance Ministry’s Circular No.155/2015/TT-BTC on the disclosure of information. Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM) explained the profit after tax changed over 10% compared to the same period last year as follows:

-       Profit after tax of separate financial statement of the 3rd quarter of 2019 decreased by VND 1,969 billion compared to the same period last year.

-       Profit after tax of the consolidated financial statement of the 3rd quarter of 2019 increased by VND 2,102 billion compared to the same period last year due to the transfer of real estate of the projects: Vinhomes Skylake, Vinhomes Imperia, Vinhomes Ocean Oark, Vinhomes Smart City, Vinhomes Star City.
