1. The Board of Directors approved to expect to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Meeting time: December 20, 2019

-       Meeting venue: 146E Nguyen Dinh Chinh, ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, Hochiminh.

2. The Board of Directors approved to pay first cash dividend for 2019 with the ratio of 30%/charter capital.
