On September 12, 2019, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp announces the plan for corporate bond issuance - Issue No.8/2019 with the total issue value of VND175 billion (non-convertible secured bond, no warrants). However, after the negotiation with investors, the BoD Chairman cum CEO of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved the adjustment to the issue time of bond issuance as follows:

-       Announced issue time: estimated in September or October 2019

-       New issue time: estimated in Quarter 4.2019.
