On October 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing as follows:

-       Content: to approve the investment in assets and project with the value equal and more than 35% of total assets recorded in the Company’s latest financial statements, and other issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting of shareholders (if any).

-       Record date: November 15, 2019

-       Time of implementation: from November 25, 2019 to December 14, 2019.
