1. Approving the business result in 2018:

-       Net revenue: 217.724 billion dongs

-       Profit before tax: 33.152 billion dongs.

2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Phan Trong Lap – member of BOD as Chairman of BOD as from January 04, 2019.

3. Approving the appointment of Mr. Do Van Huan as Chief Executive Officer as from January 04, 2019.

4. Approving the liquidation of car of Ford Mondeo brand.
