Nam Viet Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the tax penalty as follows:

1)    Based on the decision of tax inspection dated January 04, 2017:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND11,574,713

-          Corporate income tax arrears: VND57,873,566

-          Late payment: VND17,681,511.

2)    Based on the decision of tax inspection dated October 05, 2017:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND4,158,000

-          Value added tax arrears: VND1,188,000

3)    Based on the decision of tax inspection dated December 25, 2018:

-          Total amount: VND2,100,000.
