On January 04, 2019, Information and Networking Technology Joint Stock Company announces the share buyback as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 716,630 shares

- Number of shares registered to be bought: 800,000 shares

- Purpose: to handle the shareholders’ interest as the delisting on Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

- Expected trading period: from January 15, 2019 to February 12, 2019.

- Trading method: order matching.
