Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the tax penalty as follows:

1)    Based on the decision of tax inspection dated June 07, 2017:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND392,091,492 and VND2,100,000

-          Corporate income tax arrears: VND1,960,457,460

-          Late payment: VND330,607,859.

2)    Based on the decision of tax inspection dated November 14, 2018:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND1,925,558,826 and VND2,100,000

-          Corporate income tax arrears: VND9,579,619,765

-          Personal income tax arrears: VND48,174,366

-          Late payment: VND503,687,493.
