Viet Nam National Petroleum Group announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 135,064,846 shares

- Number of registered shares to sell: 12,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to mobilize capital for business activities and invest in facilities.

- Expected trading date: from January 07, 2019 to February 01, 2019

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
