LDG Investment Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Dong Nai Province dated June 07, 2017 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

1. Tax arrears from 2016: VND110,180,648; Of which:

-       Value added tax arrears: VND18,411,864;

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND91,768,784.

2. Penalty for false declaration: VND57,036,130
3. Late payment: VND2,336,847.
