Expected issue volume: 12,911,921 shares

Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume): 3%
Implement date: in December 2018
Regulation on transfer: 25% of shares are transferable after 01 years, 50% of shares are transferable after 02 years, 75% of shares are transferable after 03 years, 100% of shares are transferable after 04 years.
