Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 1,550,000 shares

- Number of registered shares to sell: 1,550,000 shares

- Purpose: to supplement working capital

- Expected trading date: from January 02, 2019 to January 31, 2019

- Trading method: order matching or put through.

- Selling price: no less than VND10,000/share.
