-       Exercise ratio: 15% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 15 new shares.)

-       Estimated issue volume: 12,815,681 shares

-       Total issue value: VND128,156,810,000

-       Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: Quarter 4.2018
